I once worked with a guy that had dozens of tattoos all over his arms and legs and most of them were the old school stuff.
One Monday he came to work and said the paperman didn't deliver the Sunday paper and the kids were disappointed since they loved the cartoon section. He then said his wife got tired of them whining about it and told them--"Go read daddy".

Not attracted...I question their decision making, assume they're compulsive and short-sighted, etc.
However, I've complimented tattoos several times, if limited to upper arm and of extraordinary quality.

I'm not just specifically attracted to chicks with tattoos. But they aren't an automatic turnoff with me. It really doesn't bother me for the most part.
The only time they become a turnoff with me is when their entire body is covered in tats.
