Man’s been eating eggs for as long as he’s had chickens to produce them. Eggs aren’t bad for you. Sedentary lifestyles are though.

I’ve been eating carnivore, meat eggs and cheese since January. Down 31 lbs and blood work is better than when I started. 3 eggs, bacon, cheese, sometimes sausage every morning, ribeye, chicken, or burger patties every night. I’m sure I’d be down more if I worked some exercise in there.

My chickens produce 6 eggs a day
I cook 3 for me and 3 for the kids every day.
We seem to be healthy.
So good

Yes natural items like eggs are awful for you.
Now eat some processed sugary cereal and some of this lab grown meat.

Eggs are bad for you just like real butter is.
Steer clear of them and instead utilize grains and nuts and seeds for a protein source, and only use healthy cooking oils like margarine, vegetable seed oils, crisco, etc. Tallow and lard will give you colon cancer like our grandparents and great grandparents were plagued with.
We were much healthier 50 years ago when we had rid ourselves of these natural, nasty whole foods (like eggs) that we eat now, and instead we consumed synthesized fats and 11 servings of simple carbohydrates per day like our great grandparents did - who died of cancer all the time. Think of how many 90 year olds died of acute onset of chronic diseases, and then be thankful for how lucky we are to have the diet we do nowadays. Obesity and diabetes is basically an afterthought.
Also don't forget the good old fashioned food pyramid, and do *NOT* forget your refined sugars that are in your granola bars for a quick energy boost to get you through your day. It's perfectly healthy, I recommend nestle brand. Also Monsanto's "Hungry Jack" brand has a great pancake mix for the family on those cold Saturday mornings when you really want to chow down.
If you eat eggs, good luck. You'll need it.

My older cardiologist said I could have eggs one day a week. My much younger cardiology nutritionist said eggs were good and I could have as many as I wanted.

He must live alone and not have any open flames or sparks in his house.

Quite possibly the single healthiest food you can consume.

I love them. I buy up 3 dozen a week, fresh. I wouldn't normally eat them as dinner, but this thread got me craving them so I had them for breakfast and now dinner. I'm not sure 10 eggs in a day is great, even with eggs being good for you.

I’ve always lived by this belief. But then I realized since I was “always” believing this, that was too excessive. So I had to do it in moderation.
