How good are the shirts? They have them on sale for 4 for $199 or 3 for $169. Good deal?

It's a good deal. Their shirts are okay. Used to be a lot better, but still fine.

I wear the BB non-iron Pima long sleeve dress shirts to work erryday.
Same exact color/cut/size.
I buy them 4 at a time and rotate them out when they start to fray along the leading edges (collars, cuffs, etc.)

For $50 it’s better than what you are usually getting at that price point. When $120 each not a great value shirt.

For under $100, you can order custom shirting online. Unless someone is the prototypical "average" shape so that shirts actually fit perfectly off the rack, I'm not sure why anyone is still buying shirts in brick and mortar stores.

Because they actually fit pretty darn well, and are cheap when the sales come... and I don’t have to deal with figuring out which custom shirt places are solid.

The cheap brooks Brothers shirts are shite.
They don’t last and the fit is terrible unless you’re fat

Are they ever actually not running that offer?

I might have to give them a try.

recommendations?
Proper Cloth
I tried Blank Label, but I find the value proposition is better with Proper Cloth. Huge fabric range, tons of options, fit and finish is great, and customer service is top notch.

Like I said, if they fit you, they fit you. I'm envious.
But considering that the overwhelming majority of men I see on a daily basis either have the buttons straining at their gut or have to attempt a military fold at the back to keep their shirt from blousing, I would say you're not the norm.

Yep they make a good shirt. Regent Non-Iron guy here.

This! I actually brought one in for fitting and it fits great. The other button downs fit like shite.

That’s a decent price for those. Better than any other decent store bought. The semi annual sales are a little better, averages out to about $40 each. Purple label is perfect for a slightly fat guy that doesn’t want a goddam parachute of shirt tail.

Perlis is where it’s at.
