So there’s a house on my street that has been over run with certain type of families. They park seven cars into the driveway including pulling up on lawn. It seems very sketchy and seems like it happened over night.

Man up and stop being a wuss. Someone’s living in a house that’s not yours and they aren’t doing anything to you or your property. Mind your own business and leave them alone.

Francesca with Jennifer Van Vrancken's office has been very helpful with complaints. You can complain about the way they park on the lawn and that will get the ball rolling.

You can also go to JP Assessor website and find out who the owner and if it is a rental, attempt to locate him/her. Owner may not be aware of what is going on in the house if it is a rental property.

Make a complaint in Jeff Parish

Under the main list of code violations, you can say vehicle blocks sidewalk, Driveway or illegally parked.

Under code violations, you can report:

Derelict property,
Illegal signs,
Illegally parked boat, camper, RV,
Junk Vehicle
Other possible code violation

I would report the car parking problems in one complaint and under other possible code violation tell them that you think it is multifamily in a single dwelling.

You can do this anonymously.

do they have any permit stickers on the windows? If not call code enforcement, that will at least get someone snooping around. Jefferson parish don’t play

Until they hit the building inspector with we are under $7,500 therefore we don’t need permits. Now you have like 12 Mexicans pissed at you.

you can report anonymously. And it’s not just a dollar limit, there is a ton of renovations that cost way less than $7500 that require permits

Xnxx.com should give you some ideas on how to monetize that scenario. Search for Kay Parker and Tom Byron while on that page.

Mexicans like this are trashy AF but they’re not looking to hurt anyone even though the poli board will tell you differently. It’s common for a bunch of illegal shacking up 10 deep in a 2 bedroom.

I would say call JPSO and make a complaint.

After the anonymous complaint, call ICE.
Heck, tweet them even from a fake Twitter account used at Starbucks WiFi.

Or send them a letter on made up ICE letterhead that due to complaints in the area, they are under a probable cause search and it can be done at anytime.

Maybe put up a chain link fence. Do you have enough chain links to do that?

Jefferson Parish code enforcement will cite them for parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.

But then they’ll probably just start parking 5 cars on the street all the time

Great area. is it a house on Harrison?

Pretty sure our area has ordinance laws, almost positive I’ve come across that on the website. See if you can file a complaint. I want to know where this is at
