So there’s a house on my street that has been over run with certain type of families. They park seven cars into the driveway including pulling up on lawn. It seems very sketchy and seems like it happened over night. I know I can’t do anything with just trashy neighbors but is their something maybe with zoning laws that could get rid of the multi family living situations? I’m guessing the house is a rental and it seems like they are fixing it up but while doing so it’s like 3 or 4 families are living there

You should contact your HOA. This is why they exist.

I bitch about my HOA when it comes due every year, but I pay one to avoid situations like you’re in.

Good luck.

I had some Mexicans do that at an apt complex in San Antonio. One of the old elderly folks actually called immigration. They were all legal, but the apt complex kicked them out. Can’t have 9 people living in a 1 bedroom

Don’t have a home owners association. Live in Metairie in a pretty nice area. I definitely feel it’s bringing a negative vibe in the area. My wife and other wives don’t really feel safe during the day.
