frickin A, double clutch. Make those trucks less popular so the price on them will go down (maybe)
all these posers driving their 3/4 ton back and forth in suburbia need to be in suburbans or minivans

I did it in college when gas prices were stupid high. Got rid of my Silverado and got my parents' Camry when they got a new car. I had so much more money to spend at Bogies having to not fill up my truck twice a week.

What kind of unAmerican bullshite is this?

Tax people because they don't drive what you want.

i would miss 4WD too bad. our house is on a very steep hill and if it iced over and we had an emergency, it would be bad if we couldn't get out.

Sold my truck and bought a car when I started commuting to Norco every day. I love driving the car, but I fricking hate not having a truck

Do you really commute form Slidell to Norco daily? That sounds miserable.

Drove a truck for 10+ years and bought a sedan a couple years back. Kept the truck (not an OT baller but figured the old truck was worth more to me than a dealer and the Sedan I purchased was under 20k).

Bought the sedan because I thought I needed it for kid (truck is single cab). Flash forward a couple years and I now prefer driving the sedan (though the kid always wants to drive in the truck).

Short answer: I switched and prefer the sedan (though i had a vasectomy and they may have cut the truck cord too).

It seems like there is a sizable market for lifted Camrys, Accords and Altimas.

It wasn't the end of the world. In fact, while I live where I do, I can't ever see owning just a truck. If I get a truck, it will be our 3rd vehicle. Driving in Houston traffic is just much easier in a car.

Truck nutz & YETI sticker just wouldn't look right on a Accord. You could probably get away with 30A or Costa sticker, tho...

I have a truck and need it for home/utility purposes, but use cars at work and they're a nice change.

I regretted it about a year and a half after I did it. I traded in my truck, because my wife and I decided that we wanted to cut expenses to be able to save more. Didn't work that way, and I am biding my time until I can trade my vehicle now for the truck that I want.
