Lot of judgement of the deceased’s decision making skills going on here. I had a car posted on marketplace, met and ‘sold’ the car elsewhere but ended up having to meet the buyer literally across the street from where this went down at the barber shop to sign all the paperwork three years ago (in b4 could have been me jokes). Did triple nickel move or did pelican park move? Srs question it’s been a decade or so since I lived there but wouldn’t describe triple nickel as ‘by’ pelican park. Doubly shocked triple nickel still exists

I had an 03 in college. I was broke, spent oil change Money on beer for 2 years. Ended up going 30k miles between oil changes and it still ran though I’m not sure how. It has over 100k miles at the time.

Not to derail - but that is not accurate at all. A contractor goes to an MSHA site thinking that is going to get fined to hell and back the first time and inspector shows up.

It had to do with the timeline associated the FHA’s approval of an off ramp there- that was quickly expiring. They bought some time by using the money to clear the trees there back in 16 or 17 and then had to continued progress on it. Had they not built this part now they never would have gotten another approval to build an entrance/exit at that location from what I heard.
You know they sell paper with the holes already punched right?
