Those clinics have great fringe benefits and also most dabble in the cosmetic side of it so it's not surprising staff is young attractive females.

I've seen this not only at big-city dermatologists, but also at some high-end dentists and specialists like orthopedic surgeons.
Having one or two insanely pretty female nurses or receptionists seems like a happy coincidence.
But when every employee is a hot woman under 30 - except for the ugly old guy in charge - it sorta makes me wonder about the practice.

Yea my dermatologist does this.
Also my dentists assistant who cleans my teeth is hot with giant natural tits. They always rub against me when she does my teeth and it’s quite nice
