And don't forget climate change too. I notice you conveniently left that out.

How are they gonna do that if they don't have paid sick time?

Switch shifts with a coworker when they feel better. Happens all the time.

What if they tend to get sick on Saturdays when lsu has a football game? Then their manager will probably not believe it is legitimate and could cost them their job.. And let's be honest it's mostly minorities that will be impacted. How do you defend that?

No what? There's always a shift to pick up from someone not wanting to work.

I think a temperature check and/or Oxygen Meter would be far better.

I sell meat to restaurants so I’m in kitchens everyday, and I can promise OP, nobody wears a hairnet. Nobody.

When I worked in restaurants they were required to wear a hat if no hairnet. So they all wore hats.

Those supplied air suits would be nice for workers on the 100+ degrees line in the middle of the summer.

Especially the ones making your food? They wear hair nets in a lot of places, but I ain't worried about a random hair falling in my food. Somebody coughing, sneezing and wheezing is probably the cause of far more sicknesses.

Only the ones making the food. Servers and hostess nope no reason to

In this case, that can definitely hurt you.

Also I can tell you've never been in a kitchen if you're only worried about that stuff. It's hot back there, people sweat.

Curb your Enthusiasm covered this brilliantly this past season.
