Every time I drink on the weekends, I feel down the next day… expand that two four days with friends and having a good time… I believe it.
the body’s reaction to removing that stimulus can really suck.

Combine that with stresfull arse work and it's a damn gut punch. I'll be laying off the booze for a while.

Prior to the party, I would probably drink 3-4 days a week. Not entirely too heavy. Probably 2-3 beers each time.

I had an alcohol related siezure. Happened after a final 18 day bender where I was skipping meals and just drinking vodka. Scared the shite outta me. That was 7 years ago and I haven't drank since.

Welcome to aging Op. Hangxiety as you get older SUCKS
I rarely get hammered now because of it. I would much rather have the headaches and nausea again. I never get those symptoms much anymore
What I will get is a racing heart the next day and a feeling I am going to have a heart attack and leave my kids behind
Way worse

Ive withdrawn from nicotine and women I’ve loved. That sucked enough. Hell, really.

Don’t freak out and remember everything is going to be ok, but you’re going to die. Please say hello to my grandfather for me.

Went to a bachelor party last weekend and hit the booze pretty hard for 4 days straight. Went cold turkey on chills, sweats, brain fog, anxiety, exhaustion, tough sleeping
Lightweight!!! Bitches shouldn't be attending bachelor parties.

Syphilis or gonorrhea or both

If you go to a 4 day bachelor party and don't come back with something you didn't do it right imo

You were detoxing aka going through withdrawals as your body was trying to rid itself of a foreign toxin. Doesn’t mean your an alcoholic but your body is always talking to you, most of us just ignore what it’s saying..
That wonderful flushed feeling after a couple drinks or a nice stiff cocktail is your body rejecting the alcohol Raising your temp to signal a response. Too bad most of us like that feeling.

I had my first 4 day bender in ages in Vegas last year and it about killed me.
No idea how you go from a drinking stallion at 21 to a complete candyass at 28 but it happened

Definitely sounds like withdrawals. Only four days shouldn’t cause it though. Now if you do it for months or years then you should seek medical attention before going cold turkey from alcohol

Just wondering if this is something that could be contributed to withdrawals.
Easiest way to find out is to have a few drinks. If you feel better after that, it was withdrawals.
(Mostly kidding but also kind of not)

I've had 2-3 day hangovers before due to bachelor parties. It happens.

Other than a hangover, just a 4 day bender shouldn’t put you in a state of panic that you describe unless your fat and never exercise.

4 days do not make an alcoholic nor cause withdrawals. It takes years to pickle your liver baw.
