So they know it is sinking and a new stadium needs to be built but we keep sinking money into the current one?

That either shows you that this is completely false or this is the most Louisiana move ever.

That would be weird going to LSU football games at an off campus location.

20-30 years it may be ON LSU's campus

This is true. It will happen right after the Baton Rouge loop is constructed.

It will have a dedicated exit off of the new bridge.

Since LSU basketball doesn’t want to play in the cow palace, all non conference home games should be played there while new Joe Burrow Stadium is being built. Tiger stadium is always empty by halftime anyway and we doing arena football style. For all SEC home games we play them at Memorial Stadium.

There was a feasibility study done while Joe Dean was AD about building a new stadium off River Road.

Would the logistics of rebuilding the stadium piece by piece be too costly? A&M was basically able to do this and never had to play away from Kyle Field. I think Georgia Tech has done the same.

The three uppers are all modern enough. But would we be able to demo the east and west sides without disturbing the upper decks?

Regardless. It'll never be ready in time.

There may be no such thing as football in 20-30 years.

But will the new Tiger Stadium have the white pipe out front?

I think you are correct it was River Road. Either way that just blew my mind when I heard it.

Why would they? Didn't LSU just add an addition a few years ago enclosing the upper level of one endzone?

Me thinks this is just BS offseason rumors.

There were Tiger Stadium is sinking and will be condemned rumors floating around in the late-80s when I was a student.

I wouldn't put too much stock in this.
