Drink two every morning, watermelon and strawberry watermelon. The orange is good. I find the others too sweet.

Yeah because marketing agencies never lie in order to sell product, right?

No such thing. But I think they're fine as long as you're drinking enough water. Just gotta make sure to get regular blood work to check to see if they're damaging your liver.

It’s always interesting to me how these brands come out of nowhere and take off.

It started with Redbull. I can honestly say I rarely ever see anyone drink a redbull anymore. Monster got big, and you still see a lot of baws drinking them, but out of nowhere everyone has a Celsius in their hand.

How do these brands come into an already saturated market and take off to the moon???

They all give you sort of a different buzz so some are just kind of a better experience than others. When a new one that’s good comes out everybody goes for it. I remember a few years ago Bang was the one until Celsius came out.

Targeting demographics. Alani is the trendy drink for young girls at the moment.

I had one of those a while back and it genuinely gave me the shakes. Some people swear by them though. I’ll just stick with my double espresso shot in the AM.

but I also know guys that will have 2-3 per day, which seems not great

Plus they are like $3 each.

I like them as well, and I've never drank energy drinks in the past.

How about just avoiding coffee and caffeine drinks altogether and pushing through the fatigue like a man?

I got tired of running up a $4-$8 a day 1-2 energy drink bill so I have coffee in the morning and then a 3 cent 200mg caffiene pill in the afternoon.

Are you sure it was because of that?

Yeah I thought my wife was buying some healthy new drink for my senior HS football player son.

Then I read the ingredients, and put a stop to that crap.

An 18 yo kid who goes to the extreme on all other areas of his diet has no business with a drink that has 200 mg of caffiene.

Why?

And of all the ingredients in it, the caffeine is where you drew the line?
