Sometimes I’ll do it if I’m feeling like a fatass and haven’t eaten that day. All the best stuff on one plate. People look at me like I’m from the fricking moon sometimes when I do it. Is it really that weird?

No.

If I'm forced to go to some shitty chain, I order the sampler almost every time.

Yeah the food to cost ratio on those things is insane too. I can order a meal with wings and fries for $15 or a sampler with wings and 4 other types of food for like $12.

I do it when I am at some chain restaurant and I'm not really feeling any of the entrees.

You’ve never ordered a bunch of small plates as a meal and passed them around?

I don't always order an appetizer sampler as a meal, but when I do, I do it on the Food/Drink board.

It was my go to at the terminal C TGIFridays at DFW when I would connect there from Shreveport. Blue moon and wings/double mozzarella sticks.

Serious question: Is this something you can do at most restaurants? If so, I have been missing out.

Yeah, it’s probably what you order off the menu...

I do when I am traveling sometimes so I have snacks to take back to the hotel. Actually alot of times I would rather eat appetizers than I would the main deals at most restaurants.

No, but I often will order an app and a salad at a restaurant.
