We often order two appetizers and one entee and share it all. We either can’t decide what we want or we’re not super hungry.

I have in a lot in restaurants all over the world..
Usually when I do not want a big meal but get two appetizers and a soup or salad...
Have the soup / salad show up with others you are eating with and make sure I tell the the apps are the main meal...And bring them when others get their main meals...
Not a big dessert eater and have ordered an app to eat while others have dessert..
