I put a load to wash every day. My son brings it all to the laundry room every morning. I go home for lunch and move it all to the dryer. Wife and kids get home before me and usually take it out and fold it.

I work from home so I do about 80% of the laundry - it's easy enough to move loads around while takeing a stretch break.

I’ve done my own laundry since I started to buy my own clothes (age 12 or so).

I did the kids clothes once they started Pre-K.

Five sets done by Sunday evening, shirts starched.

I did their athletic uniforms too. Their shite was right.

I buy non-iron Brooks Bros. Oxford shirts for work, as they age they require a light pressing.

I can iron like a muthafuka.

I work from home, so occasionally I’ll throw a load in the washer/dryer. I rarely fold clothes, I might fold 10% of the loads of laundry.

I do all the laundry. I work from home and my wife (no pics) works 70-80 hours a week plus travels one week a month. Easier for me to do it, so I do.

My parents made me do my laundry my senior year of HS to get used to and be able to do it when I moved out on my own.

I do both but the wife does the landscaping. I couldn’t care less about that. Some of the time she puts shite in my way. ??

I do my own and prefer it that way. I usually do a load on Wednesday and Sunday.

I’m fast and efficient. My wife can take days to do a few simple loads from start to finish. I don’t have the patience to operate like that.

i work from home (have for 10+ years and travel a good bit) and do a solid majority of the laundry, dishes, cleaning and cooking. probably a 90/10 split.

my wife is a teacher and i have two teenagers. i make 5x her salary and have a ton of free time, so it's not that emasculating.

A married "baw" doesn't do laundry or clean house or cook. A cuck does all three.

This is us. Housework isn't assigned to any particular person. Do it when it needs to be done - doesn't matter who.

It gets done mostly by my wife and I do it some times as we both work. It's not a matter of a designated chore, it's who gets to it first. For instance, I work from home three Monday's out of the month and if there is laundry to do, it get's done. I'll also cook a nice meal that day.

Marriage is a cooperative these days especially if both people are working.

My husband doesn’t “have” to, but he will help out if he sees the need. If he is in the laundry room when the washer stops, he will move it to the dryer. If he is watching tv and there is a basket to be folded, he does it. He takes his own stuff to the drycleaner.

My son does his own, and my daughter recently decided she likes doing laundry, so has taken over a lot of it.

Exactly. Equality in chores doesn't necessarily mean a 50/50 split in every task.

When she is sick or out of town, pick up the slack. Some women's clothing has special care requirements for washing/drying and they would rather not have spouses or older children making a mistake.

Yes...if I'm around when the dry ones come out, I'll pitch in and help. Probably 1 out of 5 loads.

I will also initiate washing if she's working three shifts in a row if need be.

I fold according to her rules, btw.

I have my own W/D in my shop.

I wash my own clothes

That way they're done how I want and when I want them.

It gives her one less thing to bitch about, and she's fricked up a load of clothes before that had a couple of favorite shirts, so, that's where I'm at.

She cooks, cleans and laundry. I repair, install, cut, lift, move, carry, buy.
