We all do our own laundry in my family.

I did 100% of my laundry when I was single.
I do less than 100% now.
So, I don't mind helping with this chore, especially during the winter when I don't have alot of pool and yard work to do.

My wife does all the sorting and actual loading of the laundry. We both fold the clean clothes.

I wash/dry ~3 loads a week and fold/press/hang as needed.

My wife is a doctor and works about 1.5-2x as many hours as I do and a lot of the household chores fall on me. I have zero issues doing the housekeeping to include the vast majority of cooking also.

I have my own basket in my bathroom. Work pants and shirts go to the dry cleaners. My socks, underwear, tshirts and shorts get washed by me every two weeks. Wife does her clothes, grand kids' clothes and towels.

Laundry chores is and should be gender neutral. If there are clothes to wash, dry and fold, my wife and I both take care of it. It’s just another household chore.

Zero, and she doesn't cut the grass, fix or repair anything, or take out the trash.

I do mine she does hers. We both wash the kids, baby and toddler. She picks up the kids. Gets done whenever the baskets are 3/4 full.

True, but folding and putting away laundry is gay.

Same here. I fold every now and then. And she helps outside here and there.

I do all the laundry and dishes - mainly because I work from home

I have done my own laundry for about 15 years. Since I have been working from home I usually do the rest of the families laundry maybe once every other week as well.

Family of 5, three girls.

On top of taking care of the lawn and all the other interior and exterior house up keep, I did as many as 8-11 loads a week.

Ex wife was lazy and virtually useless. I thank God every day for my divorce.

We both split laundry duties.
But the bathroom and kitchen are hers and the yard and house and vehicle maintenance is mine. It’s fair.

Inside is hers, outside is mine. And we both love it that way.

The kids do their own, but they’re teenagers. I generally do all of mine and my wife’s laundry because it’s the easiest household chore. It’s basically 10 mins of actual work. It’s also a great way to get out of doing other stuff. “Oh, I can’t help you rearrange the kitchen cabinets honey. I’ve got just a few mins before I have to put the clothes in the dryer.”

I have never started our washing machine in the 7 years we’ve lived here. Started the dryer a couple weeks ago for the first time to knock some wrinkles out a shirt. Wife just given a raise to over $200k plus bonus this week.

I got a good one.

I do adult laundry but refuse to touch little kids laundry. For some reason, I hate folding kids clothes.
