Any intermittent fasters here?

I dont eat all day. I then reward myself with a 25 oz bud light. Best meal of the day!

Only eat one meal a day in the evening. No Tots No fries

Do it when I need to lose 10 lbs, usually for a wedding or beach trip. Usually takes about 3 weeks. 8p-noon fast besides black coffee.

I don’t eat from about 6:30pm until 11:30 am the next day. I’ve never been a breakfast person and that’s been my schedule since childhood.

I was skipping breakfast before it had a name and was the cool thing to do. I’m also not a fatass, so I guess it works.

I eat a high fat/high protein smoothie for breakfast around 9:00am and a high protein lunch around 1:00pm. Coffee holds me over until it’s smoothie time again.

Same, but there is a 100 calorie protein shake in there after the morning workout. So pretty close. Protein shake certainly helps with the 16 hour attempt

I do wake up with 30 mins of cardio before any calories though.

About the same. I generally don't eat from about 5:30pm until 11:30am. I'm just not hungry until about 10am and at that point I'll just wait for lunch.

On the weekends I eat breakfast around 10am and skip lunch. I've never been a 3 meal person as an adult.

Yeah.

I just call it skipping breakfast.

Started doing my it before it was cool and had a fancy name.

16 hours without food is an official intermittent fast, so you're a faster. Enjoy your leanness and not getting old quicker than you should.

I’m not extreme, but I don’t eat between 8pm and 12pm the following day on weekdays. So a 16 hour fast 4-5 days a week. Sometimes I’ll carry over to the weekend, but I’m not strict. I also will limit calorie intake during the week, but “cheat” on weekends.

ETA: I do drink black coffee in the morning but that doesn’t break the fast

I eat a small breakfast (have to eat with my daily medication), lunch, and then nothing but water until breakfast the next day. I keep this up M-F; on the weekend, it's a fricking blowout.

I lost 70 lbs 12 years ago and have kept it off.

I set my calories and all that matters is getting them by the end of the day. Doesn’t matter what time

I usually eat 12-8pm daily

That's what I do...along with <100 net carbs on two consecutive days during the week.

Yup. 12 PM-8 PM eating window. 2 meals a day (lunch and dinner) with no snacking in between. Lots of meat, a bit of veggies, and a smidgeon of fruit. Works like a charm.
