If you don’t yet own a RV/camper and you’re not sure you’ll ever own one?

Do you tie your own shoes in the morning?

Why would you buy a house if you already had a camper to live in? Some people hate freedom I guess

How ugly is it and is it visible from street?

When I see a big visible RV garage I assume ornery old man

No. You can use an RV garage for all types of storage.

Finish closing it in and slap a roll up door on it. Boom, you now have a shop.

Watch out for RV squatters - a vacant garage is begging for them to move in

If its tall enough for an RV it would be tall enough for a car lift. Seems like a plus to me.

It’s fully closed in. Is part of the house. Think third garage but the door and space is much larger.

Depends. RV power is 30a 120v so normal house power. Plumbed out sewer/water line may be good if you wanted to turn it into a shop with a bathroom. Might come in handy if you ever have to live in a fema trailer. I wouldn’t mind it myself. Could be valuable when selling the house and unlikely to be a complete dealbreaker.

Make it an indoor driving range with a launch monitor and simulator. Host your own top golf parties

How many cars fit in it? The garage, not the RV.

Probably two, but I’d likely use the back part for storage and mower parking.

That's even better. I see 0 downsides to that.
