Many attackers felt bullied, persecuted, or injured by others prior to the attack.
Most attackers had access to and had used weapons prior to the attack.
In many cases, other students were involved in some capacity.
Despite prompt law enforcement responses, most shooting incidents were stopped by means other than law enforcement intervention.[124]

Is there anything new out since there were only 2 victims?
Pisses me off how the media reports these. There are school shootings, and then there are shootings at schools.
A shooting involving only 2 victims could have been a drug deal gone bad, or something like that.
Huge difference between that, and some kid trying to kill as many high school classmates as possible.

I've seen where it's three people injured but nothing definitive yet. I'd rather them get accurate information before putting it out there. Seldom happens though.

3 people, but one is the shooter. Pretty sure this is basically official.
So one guy shot 2 people. Maybe the resource officer happened to be close by, but seems more likely this is far from a 'school shooting' and more likely a shooting at a school where the perp had a specific person or 2 in mind.

Correct. Stories like this spread like wildfire. Accuracy in reporting should trump getting the story out first.

This seems like a pretty good start to a useful profile.

Is every person who has some of these traits going to shoot up a school? Are we supposed to lock them up for these traits? We are talking about a miniscule number compared to our population. Where is the uproar over those kids killed texting and driving, drug/gang murders, etc...?

Agreed, but I wonder why we see the attacks at schools,but not at sporting events? Is it just the police presence that deters it?

Child is the one punished in a court of law but parents are certainly held liable. I don't see how this would would work any differently.
