The same people willing to look past all of this violence that will vote to keep Broome in charge of East Baton Rouge are the same people who were willing to look past all of Biden’s corruption and incompetency and vote for him as President.

There could be 400 bodies on the ground and most of her base would continue to vote for the candidate with the letter D next to their name. We’re never going to break their dependence on the most basic levels of government handouts.

BR or Chiraq?
People of the hood persuasion actually refer to BR as "dat Raq" these days oddly enough. I won't be surprise if we start hearing that loose gun control is the real culprit here.

It's not scenic at all but you have to take it in. Its either take in the scenery or else take a redlight ticket at the I-110 entrance.

Are all of these late murders enough to help Carter have a chance against Broome?

As someone who has lived in BR most of my life, I can tell you that being murdered has never crossed my mind. In fact, we’ve never been victims of any crime while living here. That said, I’m all about St George because Broom and her ilk have done nothing to improve the city and have vilified those who want to try something different than the status quo. I like the BR area and feel a St George can improve the whole parish.

I really wish we could hear the reason they have for killing another person. Just to hear how stupid that reason would be

Giving you THIS information is all you need to know.

ETA: Also, I can assist the police with their investigation. Ready? Write this down:

“Nobody saw nothing.”

There you go. You already have a head start.

I too, would love to know the reason. A girl, money, a rap lyric, a disrespectful glance in the wrong direction, a gang thing? It could even be something sillier than that that cause the death of someone’s brother, son, baby daddy.

But they’re more worried about the police killing them.

This is like having stage IV cancer but being more concerned about the boil on your arse.
