they don’t give any description other than

quote:

The victim is an adult male.

Really narrows it down.

It is all they can safely say in 2020, and even that is pushing it with the alphabet soup crowd.

I'm a middle aged white guy that lives in BR and I'm not very worried about getting murdered. I don't like living near a lot of crime but I'm not exactly the target demographic of the people this happens to.

About 355 days per year they'd have to either invade my home or get me before about 9:30pm.

Based on that location there's a 99% chance it's a black male between 18-45. Most likely between 18-30.

Victim should have worn a mask. It saves lives.

Sharon Weston Broome just needs more time to get it under control, y'all. Give her your vote so she can straighten this out.

Serious question - can Kip run again?

A new commission to develop a new committee to study the creation of a task force that will team up with members of our faith based community in order to address the inequities in our communities of color.

Yes. After three terms, you only have to take the next one off.
quote:

A person who has been elected to serve as Mayor-President of the Consolidated Government of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge for three (3) consecutive full terms of office, such service being during a term of office that began on or after January 1, 1997, shall not be eligible for election as Mayor-President of the Consolidated Government of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge for the succeeding term.

He can run in four years. He could've run this last cycle. The real questions are his health and whether he wants the headache any more. Kip ain't no spring chicken and, trust me, chasing blondes and drinking Budweiser ages a man. Maybe he just wants to live the rest of his life enjoying his beer and blondes.
