I’m really out of touch on this but are most US schools still closed? That’s crazy. Our kids went back to full days online in August and full days in school in September.

We have fricked over people under the age of 30 hard and irreparably because the elderly people in positions of power love political pandering and posturing, and have specifically damaged the ability of our youth to properly socialize and be educated.

No possible way this could ever result in violence

Our public schools are closed (pretending to teach thru zoom classes when/if kids log in...lol), but our private schools are all open.

I am doing well for myself but as a mid 20's straight white male I look around at so many people I grew up with and know and they have no feeling of belonging. Everything is against the straight white male these days. Theyre creating the perfect environment for all of these people that feel as if they've been thrown aside and cast away by society to come together and form their own groups with malicious intent. In 10 years when theres an actual far right uprising the corps and career politicians that have used white people as a scapegoat will have no one to blame but themselves.

Most schools in US are open but I know many in Texas are going back to virtual only due to an explosion in cases in the schools. A lot of these schools closing are in trump land too.

There is a direct correlation to the party a state voted for and if their schools are closed. Follow the science

American politicians don’t value the education of children or the general welfare of younger generations nearly as much as they value baby boomer votes.

Our borroughs have their own policy, and yes..it does seem follow along party lines...

Teachers unions are behind a lot of it.

Shools are doing zoom classes and the teachers are taking full advantage. Few minutes of instruction and theyre on their own. Its ridiculous.
