There is a person on almost every set of any TV show or movie that handles "intimate" scenes. Their actual title is intimacy coordinator and their job is to figure out ways to bring the vision of the director while allowing the actors and actresses to stay within their comfort zone and the boundaries of what they agree to in their contracts. There are lots of special garments, prosthetics, angles of shooting, etc that makes all this possible.
I'm sure her contract says she won't allow nudity, but she will allow prosthetics.
