You should have never texted this guy. All you are doing is fueling the situation and might have put your own job in jeopardy, depending upon how your HR dept works.

A powerful fire extinguisher will freeze him long enough for you to do something. Pepper spray will also stop him.

Should have known something was wrong with him honestly. He was cool with me, or so it seemed, all the way up to today. No bullshite, just normal complaining about work type of shite talking. He had a minor heated situation with another person on the construction site, but I was able to calm him down.
