I wasn't sure if I should, but you're probably right. How do you think that will go? Tell them about what happened, the text and give them his info then let them do their thing? I'd imagine they'd be patrol his area and maybe pay him a visit, but then doesn't that scream, "white boy snitching to the cops...clack clack."

Wait, so the foreman is your boss, and you're like the crew leader or something? I don't get it, usually there's the crew and then the foreman, onsite. So it sounds like you had no business texting the dude and it's probably against policy in these situations...why would you give a frick of someone that just got fired is talking about you behind your back...my only thought would be good riddance, who are they bringing on board to replace him and how soon. Worrying about some low life talking about you is 100% trailer park drama.

Glock 19 and an outside the waist bang holster tonight. May want to have an additional mag ready too. Open carry if work will allow which I doubt they do.
