Do you have the "Stand your ground" law in your locale? If so, I'd save this text, and wait on company property and blast his arse away as soon as you saw him.
Other than probably losing your job for bringing a firearm on site, not to mention using it, and possibly getting arrested, and having to go through the legal wrangling to get the murder charge acquitted, you would still have your life and he will no longer be a nuisance to society.
