You could rule out drugs by getting sworn statements from those what were with her before and those that are close to her
It’s probably a hate crime - but it won’t be tried that way (I hope I’m wrong)

They should have some video from various businesses along the other side of the street that will show any cars in the area around the time of the murder.
If there is(was) video out there that could show evidence of perps or witnesses (or any other evidence) to corroborate, the longer this drags out, the greater the chance that the video gets overwritten and the evidence disappears. Hard to believe that the BRPD would be this incompetent or complicit to allow the evidence to potentially expire. What a shite show this "investigation" has become.

That was something else that was said in interview, no one has been by the business that’s right there to access their cameras
I'd have to bet that Allie's family members and friends have probably been to those businesses to ask about potential videos/camera data. If the BRPD hasn't exhausted these avenues for evidence by now, then I'm afraid that this case may fall cold and unsolved unless the reward grows too big for a perp rat to keep quiet.

The Shed guy mentioned a business across the street that BRPD hadn’t asked to see their cameras.

The witness said he heard the shots, turned around, drove to the interstate, got on, and drove to Dalrymple, and let his friend off at home.
When he turned around, Eddie Robinson is less than 500 ft. away. There are 4 traffic cams at Eddie Robinson. They know exactly what time the shots went off. Any footage for the next 2 minutes would have him in it.

The tPOS will have long rap sheets, when apprehended. Hopefully the DA’s office isn’t too chickenshit to try the 1st degree murder cases with the death penalty on the table. Although it would be better if they were killed in the streets like the animals they are.

Possibly, they are trying to protect the witness until such time as they can make an arrest.
Could be giving BRPD too much credit, though.

The witness had a friend with him? Has this been known for a while?
Posted on 9/22/22 at 7:34 pm to Topwater Trout
Yes, since the beginning. Nobody knows Jack shite about the friend though. Which is a little odd.

Yep. I saw Kiran's videos. That's why I believe that they may have looked into it themselves. I hate to say it but at this juncture, grass root investigative efforts may be the best shot at exposing the facts surrounding this case.

I understand that police at times may not want certain facts out there in the public eye for different reasons. But things don't add up in this particular case to indicate that this is a reason for the "witnesses' story" to be withheld from Allie's family when they admit to direct conversations with the Police Chief and Mayor.
The rift between city hall and Kiran adds another level of difficulty to the "witness". Their attempts to exclude, discredit and keep her criticisms in check make this none the easier for them to bring to the forefront that her investigative efforts have yielded the most potential in solving this crime so far.

Hopefully Kiran thoroughly vetted this witness and his passenger's stories before publishing the article about BRPD dragging their feet interviewing him.

WBRZ mentioned last night that the FBI and ATF were involved now. Did they mention that today? I hope that’s not true that there was a business where cameras hadn’t been accessed. That should have been next day action.

The reward is up to $40,000. If someone knew something they would have come forward by now. This is not good.

I guess you’re right but it could also mean that this is part of something bigger and the threat to anyone who would speak up is bigger than normal. Who freaking knows at this point?

Maybe they know it will get higher and are holding out…or it’s just not worth it to them yet

If the "witness" Kiran interviewed is legit, someone has already come forward with details that could lead to a perp, even if it came out before the reward was posted.
Unfortunately with BRPD "leading" this investigation, and an indictment necessary to claim the reward, it may go unclaimed if they continue to bungle this matter and nothing results from this mess.

They’re waiting on the $250,000 reward.

From the very 1st report of this witness. He said he was bringing his buddy home.

Unfortunately that’s not going be enough. As previously mentioned, the money situation for the reward would have to be around $150K for anyone in the hoodrat community to give up the perps. Yes they can be bought, however the “snitches get stitches” code is what they live and die by.
And yes, that community absolutely knows who the frick did this.

The dad and shed guy would probably not be so vocal if drugs were suspected. My experience with parents who knew it was drug related were that they try to keep investigations low key.

I have heard today from reliable source it was gang intiation. Police are now going around sororities telling them to take off their Greek letters off their vehicles and not to go in certain areas
