Are they canvassing the neighborhood for leads? checking local security footage to track their movements to narrow down their originating location?

I spoke to a close family member of Allie. I was told that Hillar has already called the family to tell them to watch what they say on social media and not to talk bad about the police or mayor. Unreal.

and almost at the same time as his interview Kiran releases the article with the eye witness who provided a physical description of a potential shooter. are they really doing everything they can? Kiran (and now the rest of the public) knows more than they do

Wow, that is wrong, just damned wrong. This family just lost their daughter in a violent murder and they are supposed to be concerned with thr mayor’s and police feelings…

I agree, but the account was pretty confusing especially before he clarified he could see her through the train.

Hillar Moore is a fool. Look at his record.
The mayor & police are full of fools as well but Moore is a special kind of piece of work.
When they find who did it Moore will most likely have a connection to not prosecuting before .

i assumed when the witness said that they meant they could tell there was another vehicle on the other side of the stopped train because of the headlights. not that they direct line of sight.

I know a friend of Allie’s. This was a post of hers earlier today. She has not informed me of any official donation set up yet.
You can also email the mayors office and Baton Rouge metropolitan council. I’ll try and update when I can get to my laptop.
Eta if the photo doesn’t load, it’s a post just asking to call the mayors office.

I thought Hillar was the D.A., responsible for prosecuting lawbreakers, and keeping them of the streets of the parish. When did he get appointed The Controller of The Narrative?
I would like to see him held physically accountable if it turns out that those responsible for this young woman's death were out wilding because Hillar didn't do his job. And i a judge under sentenced them, causing this girl's death, he should be held physically accountable as well.
Not voted out. Not whined at. Physically accountable.

Witness and buddy leave downtown bar at 2 (closing time)
2:05 Reaches stopped train we can only assume shortly after (we’ll call it 2:05)
2:10-2:15 Witness sees 2 black males walk pass and go thru stopped train (whatever “not 10 mins later’ means)
2:10-2:15 Witness sees victims car pull up on the opposite side. Makes it sound like at the same time as 2 suspects walk past.
2:20-2:25 witness hears 5-6 shots and victim’s car backs away and then just stops (whatever “not 10 mins later’ means)
Witness turns around and drives off.
His account could fit the timeline. Train definitely started rolling though at some point. I wish he would have specified that but may not have thought it was important at the time. Maybe Kiran can follow up.
It makes me think the train was moving and made enough noise to drown out the sound of her tires and crash. Dead quiet he should have heard that unless music playing. He obviously heard the shots.
