His account seems very reasonable. He heard gunshots and saw the other car turning around. He did the same on his side of the train.
He did not know the gunshots were aimed at the other car.

NOPE the problem is the BRPD not giving a fricking damn about solving crimes. Exact same thing happened 3 weeks ago to a friend of mine after that woman was violently raped at Forest Park. He had the guy walking down a major street on camera after the rape and the cops did not care. Said they would be on touch.. Never were..did not care. Took another week and a half to arrest somebody. This city is being run by complicit thugs.

How can we get in touch with a family member?
That may be the best way to set up the gofundme for a reward. I would feel more comfortable if they we involved.
And if they steal all the money oh well I can live with that after what they have been through.

get enough pissed off people to show up and they'll have to take notice. Like I said earlier, if you have a large enough group, you have a better chance of being heard and getting some attention. Not sure what else it will take to get people pissed off and show up

I used to deliver the Reveille during 2010-2013 and I had to make a few stops in the hood and at least every other week I would get stopped by the train that was in no hurry to move. Maybe being out at 5:30 am was my break but this was before I carried. Got really lucky I never had any issues there.

The Dad was just on Fox News; he said he has friends that work for BR Law enforcement and they have told him they are doing 100% everything they can and are exhausting all avenues of investigation. He said that there are no leads at all right now.
