The people of Baton Rouge need to adapt to their reality. The fact is, Baton Rouge is a liberal city. If you don’t like it, sorry it’s not going to change.

Wbrz is running a headline saying BRPD is staying quiet about the investigation. My first reaction to this is no shite Sherlock. But then this would be par for the course that Wbrz is leaked something and is setting up to be the lead on a possible breakthrough in the case. Maybe I'm just wishful thinking but this non story headline across the bottom ticker of their looped channel seems like something may be in play.

I think they probably have some leads and evidence. Maybe that’s just wishful thinking on my part, but as I said a few days ago the technology and resources the feds have is pretty wild.

Why is the Advocate not running more stories about murders going unsolved?

Missing White Woman Syndrome is a real thing and I can name you the hundreds or more that turn into National stories or become Lifetime Movie of the Week. The very few murders of Black women that you hear about Nationally is because people organize & take it directly to the media, streets, LE, etc.....unlike the bitter posters here who pretend missing/ murdered White women aren't valued in this society .

BRPD has been inept for quite some time. I know some good policemen and sheriff's deputies and they say the same.
Many cannot find a stolen bicycle let alone solve a murder.

The black murders you hear about are the ones when another black person isn't the one doing the killing (because god knows they don't like pointing out their outrageously high violent crime rate) and the family is out looking for a ghetto lottery payout.

Black people refuse to help police investigate murders in the hood. They only go “noticed” when some false racial narrative is pushed. Otherwise, blacks DGAF about the ridiculous murder rates in their own neighborhoods. It’s pretty pathetic really.
