You understand that he was riffing on what Pirate King was saying earlier, right? Pirate King asserted he had posted nothing but facts, which was honestly a hilarious statement to make, given his meandering argument, which included the notion that he didn’t want police “crucified” for lying to the mother when they had video evidence which directly contradicted the stated reason of death to the victim”s mother. I mean, take issue with the person who originally posted they were only stating “facts,” if the legal determination of such is your issue.

I figured most people knew they were on a message board and not on a murder trial jury.
I don't see what it adds beyond reminding people of that.

This is all really foreign to me, but I've lived in Atlanta, Baton Rouge and New Orleans all but 4 years of my life. I'm just used to having people that look different than me as neighbors.

Idk about 1st degree murder.. but this is the facts from police report and the video.
one Dude called the other ‘get your guns’, they’re going out to chase down and confront someone that they’d heard may have snooping around a house under construction. So the driver gets in his truck and picks up truckbed baw to embark on the chase. Upon chasing down the individual They stop, one gets out and they draw their weapons on the jogger. A shot is fired because a jogger “aggressively turned towards” the man with the shotgun who essentially is ambushing the jogger. They then struggle over the shotgun with the jogger getting killed on the third shot.
I’m not saying they directly planned to kill him, but they surely went out of their way for a potentially violent confrontation. There didn’t seem to be any actions intermediate to nor avoidant of lethal force.
