In my opinion I think that could be the outcome at trial (I could also go 2nd degree)....but like I said I'm not the judge, the jury, or the investigators....all that has to play out.

If these guys get off in my opinion it will be wrong.....and that will always be my opinion but if the system proves them innocent that is what it is.

ETA There was no good reason for that man to lose his life that day....those two guys had every reason to just not get in their truck and let that guy run on by...OR call the cops to confront him....both would have had better outcomes.

I think the dad took all the shots. The son has a shotgun and dad has a .357 magnum.

There would have to be an audible difference in the guns and all three shots sound the exact same

So what is the story, was he jogging or leaving the scene of a crime he committed? Regardless, if he's unarmed, just tackle him and hold him if he had just committed a crime.

This is my run down of it.

1) Guy jogs by in neighborhood.
2) Folks wonder who it is.
3) the 2 shooters neighbor shows a video of a guy looking into a construction site.
4) They all assume it was the guy jogging by....not confirmed to this day I don't think
5) 2 guys get into truck and follow jogger
6) Jogger turns around
7) Truck turns around and blocks jogger in.
8) Video picks up.

I think most in this thread have watched the first hand video and are drawing conclusions from that. media has little to do with it. I’d be just as outraged if Arbery was white, Asian, Hispanic. This was a murder and the shooters should be in jail.
