The white team would be fine at QB, O-Line, TE, and D-Line. They could even field a team with some nice LBs and WRs... But good luck at RB and in the secondary.
I think the All-Blacks win 10/10 because of the secondary alone.

Calvin Johnson, Dez Bryant and Julio Jones all run streaks, game over. We'd have to put Julian Edelman at CB and hope for the best, but it'd be ugly real fast.

White WRs and LBs would be pretty damn good.
Jordy Nelson, Eric Decker, Edelman, Amendola.
Luke Kuechly might be the best defensive player in the NFL too.

There's enough white RBs to get a decent run game. Woodhead, Burkhead, Gerhardt.
Secondary is a killer though. You could get safety's, but you'd probably have to write in an exception to allow mixed CBs

Deadspin actually did this in Madden a few years ago and the white team won like 30-27.
