90s is a tie between Cindy Crawford and Pam Anderson.
00's is probably Britney spears with Beyoncé close behind. I think Beyoncé stayed relevant through most of the decade, whereas spears had a huge peak in the early part of the decade then kind of slid off. I'd still have to give the nod to spears. Paris Hilton might be 3rd place.
Like it or not, Kim k is the front runner for 2010s. Her family is loathsome, but she is everywhere. I'm probably one of the few people here who finds her very attractive, although she has gone overboard a bit with the lip implants and Botox, but she was fine as f-ck when that video of hers came out.

I can't believe no one has mentioned the sexiest woman of the 90's, 2000's, and 2010's: Halle Berry. She has to win one of those decades.
