Could also very well mean that there is a growing populous of recent grads and young family’s who would normally have a high level of debt starting a family just finishing wrapping up college and maybe renting a home vs getting a mortgage…which would be a positive for a bustling metropolitan scene!

I wouldn’t worry about wins & losses right now. I’m more concerned with culture change and development. Keeping kids around for longer. That’s been our recipe for success & recipe for failure. Plus watching coaching adjustments during the game etc…
Their son must have been playing travel ball for all the family pics…winning rings is all that matters.

I’m thinking Navarre as well. Miramar and Destin second and third. It’s for a Long term investment, not for me and the family hop in the jet and just fly to it when we feel like it.
