I always hear people say you can be genetically predisposed to becoming an alcoholic. I believe it is a learned behavior and more of a monkey see monkey do.

Is there any concrete evidence one way or the other?

some people are genetically predisposed to addiction, not necessarily alcoholism

genetic IMO. We witness lots of behavior we don't necessarily emulate (certainly not to excess).

Both.

Genetics determine whether someone has a higher likelihood of addiction.

The actual behavior itself is a choice.

Its both. Some people have a genetic predisposition to addiction or addiction to alcohol specifically.

But then again, you cant get alcoholism if you've never drank.

You can't get a peanut allergy if you never had a peanut?
