To be fair, those folks didn’t run in family values. Dems don’t really run on morals at all so they tend to weather these kinds of things better.
This is also why a lot of the personal stuff with Trump never stuck. Trump always has been up front about who he is unlike this guy who was basically living a double life. People already know Trump wasn’t a choir boy so some allegations or even truths really don’t sway people’s opinion of him.
