People like that can't wait to populate the world with their children. Taxpayers will foot the bill, and those children will grow up to be low life scum bags, like their parents later on in life. The cycle will continue on with their kids, grandkids, etc..
Meanwhile, people that would produce good productive citizens don't, or only have one kid, maybe two kids, at the most.
I've never understood why shite head people want to produce kids, but then again, they are shite heads because of their warped brain's and thought processes.
