when I lived in Lafayette I was pretty good friends with my dentist, he said a lot of cultured folks would ask him to pull perfectly good teeth and install a grille, most of the time they provided the gold teeth that were extracted from deceased relatives

That poor baby :( she was probably excited to have her hair done, and her mom is psychotically punishing her out of jealousy. I hate everyone today.
