AI call screening - there are few things worse than dealing with this

The older I get, the less patience I have for trying to navigate these recordings. Just let me speak to a person so they can properly route my call. Don't ask me 5 questions and make me repeat the answer for 3 of them only to forward me to a voicemail. I'm at the point now where I'm reminding myself of my father more and more every day with stupid shite like this.

You have to get hostile with the AI so it flags their system for escalation.

Witnessed an elderly woman on speaker phone, recently curse a Raj out thinking it was AI. She said I hate you stupid fricking robot, and kept saying similar things. I was laughing and cringing on the inside for the guy who actually spoke decently.

I dog curse the frick out of the machine. That generally results in getting a person. But I am certain they are going to program that out of the system soon.

It's only going to be more integrated into our lives. It's going to get much better though. I like when it works, hate it when it doesn't work. I try to talk to a live person asap.
