Y'all know it's all about the "White Man" holding them down in the first place. 
Look, I am very good friends with some black people that sit at my table to eat. Problem I hear from them, black trash. I was like WTH? But then again, I know there are white trash too! Those people just don't give a dam and just live for the day. So yes, lets make it legal for weed.

let's see, we have 2 guys 1 white & 1 black
they both smoke weed and drive while high
1. white guy drives a toyota corolla and blends in with most law abiding citizens
2. black guy drives some tricked out vehicle with shiny rims & neon paint, while cranking "music" that rattles license plates at illegal decibels.
Who purposefully draws more attention to himself thereby increasing the likelihood that he will turn the head of a LEO?
Explain everything?

Enough of this BS.
Hell, it could be a minor offense such as jay walking. When the cop approaches you and you act like an arse or run, guess what, you’ll be arrested Regardless of the offense - regardless of your color. The article should try to inform these, so called victims, in how to live life without getting arrested for minor crap.

Do we have any data of plea deals that go the "minor possession" route?
Like "we got you on trespassing and possession of stolen goods....but if you're willing to plead guilty to minor possession we'll drop the other charges."

Here is the problem. Blacks are loud about it because their whole frick the police mantra. White people don't want to get arrested and be out of a job, so they do it more privately.
