Is it safe to say they live in neighborhoods that are patrolled by police more often?

Seems like a safe bet.

Black people also don’t hide it very well. They ride around and smoke and their cars reek of weed. So if they’re pulled over it’s obvious.

Most white kids will buy it then wait and smoke when they get home or to a friends house

I don't know but we're probably less likely to sit on the hood of our car and smoke blunts in the street.

There could be a ton of other reasons besides profiling to cause blacks to be arrested at a higher rate.

I would probably say more white folks smoke weed.

Not really. Probably has more to do with other factors associated with marijuana use. There's research indicating that blacks and whites purchase marijuana differently. Whites usually make the purchase from someone they know and in private settings, while blacks are more likely to purchase it from strangers and in public settings.
