My sister said that just about all of the families are from outside of the parish and that the church doesn’t actually support the school financially, so, everybody pays the same amount.

No big deal. They will probably charge you a fee for not being in school School B’s parish.

Not true. Don’t forget the parents that go the extra mile by volunteering for the bake sale at the parish fair.

SH will prob be closed in the next few years.

You should have no problem getting your kids in. You will probably have to pay the middle rate-Catholic, out of parish.

They have already consolidated classes to one per grade. Enrollment is down. They will be the next to share the fate of redeptorist and king of France.

Move out of Louisiana for a state that has competent public schools and leave the Catholic cartel behind.

Or just shut up, be a good Catholic, and play by their rules.

It all depends on how popular you and the parents are within the church and how much money the parents give. The Lord works in mysterious ways like that.

Certain schools in certain parts of town are losing numbers though
