They have flare ups of violence every couple of years there but its still a busy place where families go to shop. They instituted a curfew for teens a few years ago and it seemed to calm things down for a while. The surrounding area has movie theaters, a trampoline park, Main Event recreation center restaurants etc.. I just started letting my teenage girls go there sometimes for a few hours.

Per Greg Meriwether who spoke with police, two groups shot at each other by the escalators near the food court. It does not appear to be random.
