Accusing a white person of being racist has no affect anymore. It's like a black person calling a black person the n word.

Well, right now, if you're accused of being racist you can essentially lose your job, lose your home, would probably result in a divorce, you likely won't get the children. No one will want to hire you. All you really have left is to sit around practicing your noose tying skills and working up the courage to hang yourself.

If you think about the consequences such an accusation could have for someone’s career and social status, it’s not even an argument. You call a black person the n-word, and they get really really angry. You call a white person a racist, and they get angry and lose their job, their friends, their social standing, etc.
