I guess it’s “unique” because the owner wears trucker hats and has weird facial hair and posts zany things on social media and they have weird plates and glasses. Not much about their food is unique. I guess not many places have fried Bologna sandwiches anymore, but that’s not really innovative. Tbh, the Bologna and collard green sandwiches are delicious, but aren’t ground breaking.
The cocktail program was top notch when Lauren was there, but she has moved on
