A girl at my office got a boob job.

And I have it on good authority that she showed them to a few of her female coworkers in the restroom. There may have been a bit of "see how real they feel" going on. People are talking about them. (They look good.)
But I can't even say "Something is different about you. Did you change your hair?" I mean she's standing in front of me talking, and she knows I know because I am looking at the ceiling. I could actually compliment her on a change of hairstyle, so why not on her tiddies? It's sort of unfair, and discriminatory. I hate the modern world.
