Cancer. This culture is nothing but a cancer. And I don’t think there is a cure. It will eventually take over everything.

Dem governor + a Dem mayor + broken urban culture = this crap.

NC almost always votes in Dems for their governors even when the state may be in play for Republican Presidential and US Senate candidates. It was one of 10 states (decision by their Governor) that refused to send official state representation for the North Carolina booth in the mall in DC for 250th celebrations. Unlike Pennsylvania where the US Senators from different parties got something set up to make up for the governor NC congressional members could even do that as Tillis might suffer from TDS as much as Dems do. Private organizations/businesses ended up doing something instead for NC’s booth.

The problem with Raleigh isn’t necessarily the homeless, it’s the uptick in gang activity

I live here. Simple answer is that MASSIVE amounts of liberals have transplanted here and with that completely consumed the local government. Obviously, shite like this is the result.

Actually yes, would you believe me if I told you that he still held it sideways?

Jokes aside, police chief said he wouldn't be surprised if 30 to 40 shell casings were found from this single individual. The only impressive thing is someone from da culcha actually managed to kill their target.

Have only been down there a few times to go to Bida Manda or Brewery Bhavana since they renovated Moore Square and the bus station and can't speak to what things are like now.

The homeless shelter across from moore square combined with that massive bus station are the issue on that side. What’s been happening on glenwood more and more lately is a different problem

I'd heard about that. Somewhat big news and controversy around it. We're out in Holly Springs these days so my visits are limited to downtown as well. We used to pop in to go to Marbles when the kids were younger, but those days are long gone.

Ive heard taz has always been crazy af. We’re in Apex. If we go downtown it’s Person St area or Burial and thats about it.
