I asked my parents for one for Christmas when I was a kid. Well, I wake up Christmas morning and there it is, I just know it. I run to it and rip off the wrapping. They had gotten me a damn Atari 7800. I was so pissed but didn't want to seem ungrateful. Their rational was that it was the exact same price as the Nintendo but would also play all of my old Atari 2600 games. So I took the money I got from my grandparents the very next day and bought a Nintendo (grandma drove). My parents were not happy but I didn't give a shite. I wasn't about to go back to school after Christmas vacation and tell all my friends I'd gotten an Atari 7800.

I played 100's of round of pebble beach golf on one of those.

I just called the local GameStop here in Natchitoches and they said they got 11 in stock ... on the Nintendo website it only lists GameStop, Target, Best Buy, & Amazon as the retailers

The review I read said the controller cables are only 3 ft long. That is practically a crime and will probably keep me from buying until there are extensions available.
