there is absolutely nothing wrong with masturbation, even in a marriage. the key is dont bring someone else in the marriage bed, i.e. porn, another women etc....and communication with your partner.

can't speak to the spirituality of it for you, because i approach it as a christian married man who gets laid somewhat regularly, but i can make it months and months with no problems...
Same exact boat brother. I’m going to really give it a solid effort. I get aggravated and down in the dumps much quicker when not regularly having an orgasm. I’m going to try and give it another shot. If I can get past that couple week hump.

It’s tough, but if Mary and Joseph could do it for much longer, so can I. Orgasms are a gift of deep unity for married couples. It’s a struggle at times, but it’s rewarding when the time comes.

are you married or long term relationship? if so, why would you not have regular orgasms?
and why do you need porn to be able to masturbate? There is nothing wrong with masturbation and for health, you should try and have an orgasm ~20 times per month as the studies show that doing so leads to more happiness and better overall prostate health.
but if you are in a committed relationship and are not having sex....well you need to work on you first and formost. I suggest hitting the gym and getting your food intake in order and then listening to the strong men, strong marriage podcast and rewiring your thinking and make your self a very very desirable man. So even if you are married and in the end, she still doesnt want to and it ends....you have made yourself a much better person, man, and much more desirable partner for any future girlfriends.

I don’t believe it’s some tin-foil hat conspiracy but it definitely seems to be on purpose.
Pedos use porn to groom victims. So does Tiger King. Kiss my arse if you don’t think there’s a concentrated effort happening here with trans and incest porn.
There will always be a natural deviation with a small sample of people being drawn to this for whatever reason, but not to the extent it’s being pushed like this.
I haven’t checked the PornHub search results by state map in a while, but was trans or family-frickfest a top result in any state?

Congratulations on that. I've recently been reading up on this. I'm curious to ask those who went through this what were the negative effects when you were deep in it and what changes you saw when you got to the other side?

Married.
Never thought about masturbation without porn honestly. Going to try to go dry and if not I may go that route.
Wife has an extremely low sex drive due to medication and it’s always a sensitive subject. Probably need to go to marriage counseling tbh. I’m actually in great shape and workout 5-6 days a week. That’s not the problem lol
Not going to get a divorce over only having sex once every 1-2 weeks lol

get her to send nudes.
not saying that's a good thing, but i can't think of a world where yanking it to her isn't better than the alternative if you find her attractive.

Terrible situation. Get yourself a burner phone and an escort

You sure about that?
Isn’t there a dopamine release when scrolling social media? Why wouldn’t there be one while jumping from one porn video to the next?
I don't think there is a dopamine release scrolling social media.
There is a release when getting likes.
There is a release when getting replies/comments.
Probably serotonin as well.
There is a media issue (not just social media) with tribal matters which engage emotional responses. There is some sort of fight/flight high with the pro/anti trump phenomenon. Or the pro/anti main stream media phenomenon. Or the pro/anti BLM phenomenon. Etc..
But I don't think any of that relates to scrolling on social media indirectly.
Porn is the vehicle that induces the drug (orgasm). Not much different than choosing razors and a mirror. Or needle and spoon. Or brownies and an oven. Or the cold glass for the Miller High Life. Or the brandy snifter for the Louis XIII.

IMO, masturbation without porn is probably the “ideal” place to be for most guys, which isn’t to say there’s a problem with ditching masturbation…I’m pulling for you brother.

Good to see men dropping out of porn culture. Save your sexual energy for a woman and be rewarded.

ok well this is a communication thing with yall. Its a touchy subject because she doesnt fully feel secure with you to discuss it.
and 100% not a reason to get divorce. need to prolly seek counseling and she has to be willing to be open minded.
other thing is she has to know sex is very important to you and that its your way of feeling connected to her and your way to her soul, not just a nut. She also needs to learn that like everything in marriage it takes some compromise and that it doesnt have to be every night and that simply setting a schedule to have sex can work wonders. It may be 1 week night and a saturday night and week night might just be a nut and her bending over. or it may be starting with just once a week and then she helps you masturbate once a week too even if its not her performing the act herself.
bottomline is has to be some talk and communication and then she has to feel that every touch doesnt mean you are trying to have sex. thats why scheduling works well, lets them know that sex is off the table and simple touch doesnt mean that.
good luck man. you would prolly like the Naked Marriage podcast and could get good tips from there.
i do not suggest you give up masturbation though, but I do advise letting your partner know when you are, discussing with them how it makes them feel and if they have issues with it. again she has to see it as a compromise between her low libido and your high libido and its a way to relieve the sexual tension without the pressure to perform or the temptation to step outside the marriage.
but i do not advise letting porn in if possible.

Prons on the Barbee. Interesting Title. I googled it and got all sorts of strange things. The common thing in all of them seemed to be blazing hot charcoal.
